BEYOND THE POSE:

Exploring Bandha, Pranayama & Mudra to deepen your asana and meditation practice

Take your personal practice or your teaching to the next level with our upcoming workshop with Teresa Van Eyk RYT 500, E-RYT200 and YACEP. 

This workshops teaches; 
- Access of all three bandhas in various asanas and seated meditation
- Use of bandhas in asana, kriya and meditation to create desired energetic effect
- Pranayama techniques including; nadi shodana, ujjayi and kumbhaka and exploration of effects to subtle and energetic bodies
- Mudras both Hasta (hand) and kaya (postural), for asana, pranayama and meditation
-How to employ these techniques in asana and meditation practice, to deepen one's knowledge and experience of Hatha Yoga. ​​Registration in advance: $30 - Day of: $35
