Accessible yoga postures done while seated in a chair or while using the chair as a prop. A great class for those who feel that a regular yoga class is too much for them. Chair yoga helps practitioners to maintain and possibly increase strength, flexibility and balance. The whole body is engaged as well as working with the breath leaving one centered, alert and calm.

Qigong (chi - gung) is a form of gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times, often stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial and lymph) and building awareness of how the body moves through space.
