​Yoga postures and practice are deeply influenced by Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga. This workshop is an introduction to ayurveda and the five element system. Learn about body constitutions (doshas), mind constitutions (gunas), and how to cultivate a state of harmony with yoga practice, diet and lifestyle. Workshop includes discovering your dosha and a 90 minute yoga for dosha practice demonstrating how we can move towards a natural state of balance through yoga and Ayurveda. All levels welcome - CE credits available for teachers registered with YA.
